Required parameters

- Subject ID of the subject
Optional parameters
- colors
- Comma delimited list of colors to be used for years since last report. Default list is "08306b,2171b5,6baed6,9ecae1,c6dbef"
- intervals
- Comma delimited list of years since last report to use. Default is "1,2,5,10"
- host
- Subject ID of the host
- neg
- If negative data should be shown on the map
- year
- The years of data to include
- legend
- Positions the legend on the page. Options include: top,bottom,left,right,top_left,top_right,bottom_right,hidden
- states
- states to use in the map
