What counties an organism has been reported as occurring in at some point in time
Required parameters
- sub
- Subject ID of the subject
Optional parameters
- color
- HEX code for a color to represent a species having occurred
- neg
- Set to 1 to include negative data on the map
- year
- Rather than specifying start and end dates, a year can be supplied to limit data. If year is provided, start and end date is ignored.
- startdate
- Start date for the data to include
- enddate
- End date for the data to include
- l48
- Set to 1 to only show lower 48 states
- host
- Subject ID of the host
- legend
- Positions the legend on the page. Options include: top,bottom,left,right,top_left,top_right,bottom_right,hidden
- states
- states to use in the map
