Species Overlay
This map compares the county level occurrence for up to 3 species. The color scheme is additive - meaning that where subjects (yellow) and hosts (blue) co-occur, the county is green.
Required parameters
- subs
- Subject IDs of the subjects that are affecting the hosts. For multiple subjects, seperate by commas
- hosts
- Subject IDs of the hosts. For multiple hosts, seperate by commas
Optional parameters
- relation
- Default state is Pest and Host. Adding a parameter of 'biocontrol' changes language in titles to reflect Biocontrol and Pest. Additional modifiers can be added by request to Joe LaForest.
- year
- 4 digit year to limit data too
- Legend
- Positions the legend on the page. Options include: top,bottom,left,right,top_left,top_right,bottom_right,hidden
- States
- Two letter state abbreviations for the states to use in the map
- Limitstate
- Whether or not to show the counties of neighboring dttates ot just show county outline.
